2015 – 2020 / Director of Experience Design
The team at Maestro Health, an innovative health insurance company, was looking to change the norm by starting small with one very simple idea; make healthcare people-friendly again. As the voice for the end-users, in both design and UX, I successfully crafted compelling user experiences across a suite of 8+ internal and public tools. Working in partnership with business stakeholders, business analysts and the entirety of the technology department, we were able to deliver simple, intuitive UI supported by robust, complex data systems seamlessly.

2013 – 2015 / Primary Experience Design Lead
Rocket Web
I joined Rocket Web at the right time! This fast moving company was looking to increase the quality
of experience they offered their clients. They asked me to come in and do what I love best: bridge the gap between the clients business/project goals with the best content, design and UX out there in order to get a product to the intended audience. I acted as UX Lead and primary designer for UX and visual design deliverables while also looking within to help brand the offerings Rocket Web had for the marketplace.
