A full redesign of the companies Enrollment Experience for clients population benefit management. A brand new web portal that would then promote Benefit Selection during open enrollment. The employee would be able to add / review / edit any and all personal information prior to being presented the available benefits.
PEOPLE was a full custom application that gave extreme customization of onboarding new employees in the hands of any companies HR department. In addition to a custom made document signing experience that included legal requirements for documents such as W2 capabilities, we also provided the ability to share documents or videos with any set of a company's population.
Here is a glimpse at the backend UX for managing and onboarding an entire company population.
This employee experience for PEOPLE allowed for receiving tasks, reviewing all documents shared and of course the custom made document review and signing experience. A portal that would be accessible to the employee throughout their lifespan with the company.
